daily shift timings quite uncomfortable for me. feeling that the right and hard work candidates don't get any award and don't get any appreciation from their seniors. I think management need to improves the evolution process for the right candidate to promote.

The company environment is so good. It feels so good that I work here. Salary on time, internet bill reimbursement, helpful teammates, furniture reimbursement, work life balance that's all make this company so good.

...ey need to review a few things. 1- Do not change any policy in the mid-sessions. 2- They need to review the overall salary structure per the current financial situation.

There are few things that they need to improve. -> Should not change the WFH/Leave/System/Holiday and other policy frequently. -> HRBP members should provide proper response to their employee's queries.
