daily shift timings quite uncomfortable for me. feeling that the right and hard work candidates don't get any award and don't get any appreciation from their seniors. I think management need to improves the evolution process for the right candidate to promote.

Good and productive work environment, supportive and friendlier co-workers, good work-life balance, Salary always on time. The organization encourages learning new tools and technologies to enhance skills and implement those in the assignments.
