daily shift timings quite uncomfortable for me. feeling that the right and hard work candidates don't get any award and don't get any appreciation from their seniors. I think management need to improves the evolution process for the right candidate to promote.

What I like most about CodeClouds is that they are hiring candidates even in a time of crisis(pandemic) where others are sacking their employees.

1. Management need to be more active to communicate with employees. 2. Frequently company policy changed. 3. Need to provide decent system to their employees so that they can deliver work on time.

...s which is definitely a boon for those who want to expand their existing domain. Beside this they provide on time salary other perks and benifits and also yearly salary hike.
