... in terms of giving it's employees proper reimbursement, promotion and salary. You will not get salary on time , it's always delays and HR will not listen you I have left company long time ago but my one month has not released , they have kept my one month salary , this happened not just with me but my with teammate also who has left . Terrible company in terms of money , they save every pie of employees hard earn money

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...re given and management said that no allowances for working from home. no hikes. No salaries on time. No office laptops are provided very poor management. once you joined in CMS especially in banglore location you will be like a slave in KGF movie. Nothing will be given to you not even joining kit. We don't even have perfectly working desktops. If any one having doubts visit office. Don't ask managers or team leads ask the engineers or L1, L2 people.

CMS IT Services lacks only in providing good healthy salary package otherwise everything is good and fine

Salary is not on time if employees leaving on rent it is very difficult to manage otherwise everything is good

For freshers it was good but there is no growth at all so it is better to switch

There salary structure is very low and no hike as you expected at last but not the least they give your salary very delay which irritates most of them
