The company owners behaviour is pathetic, trear everyone like bonded labours. No appraisal no bonus nothing. The owner even cry for 50 paise garbage bags. Work culture, all are culture less people

... department is supportive. There is no any fake commitment by HR and Management. Salary released on proper date of every month. Infact they gave salary in lockdown also. PF, Esic, Mediclaim and leave are maintained properly. As said below comment about one HR executive, she is very cooperative why I don't know people comments anything without knowing the facts. She is such a pure soul. I suggest if you want to join this organization please go ahead.

Food and cafeteria part should be improvised and AC.

I had a great experience working in this organization. This company is really good to begin your career as well.Top management are very kind ,professional and co-operative. All other staff are very helpful.Working atmosphere is really good.

Zero job security, they say they don't fire anyone but they will harass you till the core, insult you every time even in front of your juniors. The owner Has the worst mentality, they treat even senior Managers like servants, they like sort matters with screaming on the employees and majorly on senior Managers. Specially Nikhil Mehta, very partial to some staff , and favour them to next level. No company has no culture. The owner cry even for 1 rs garbage bag.

Unplanned property with plenty of directors. Carrier wise no future over there as well no facilities to employees Technically software is old as per other properties and no financially growth and personal growth.

Dislikes

No pf involvement of company they charge employees for pf and give it the same amount in future to the employees no overtime and HR head is junior HR and HR head is not treated like his post.
