Dislikes

The company owners behaviour is pathetic, trear everyone like bonded labours. No appraisal no bonus nothing. The owner even cry for 50 paise garbage bags. Work culture, all are culture less people

I was worked there for last 4 years. Management is very Supportive. Also HR department is supportive. There is no any fake commitment by HR and Management. Salary released on proper date of every month. Infact they gave salary in lockdown also. PF, Esic, Mediclaim and leave are maintained properly. As said below comment about one HR executive, she is very cooperative why I don't know people comments anything without knowing the facts. She is such a pure soul. I suggest if you want to join this organization please go ahead....Read More

Very badly they didn't support in lockdown they didn't pay us our salary even single month. So I will suggest please don't join this company they are not professional.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
