There is nothing to like apart from salary on time. Just join another company... This is just third party staffing company... HR and reporting manager just there to earn incentives. Whenever i used to say something to my manager he used to say how can i know this i have thousands of people under me, i mean common you are my manager and you don't even know my name and for which client I'm working

Just don't join, if you are fresher then its 3 yr bond + 1 lakh deposit.. Which is not legal in India.. And this is not and it company its just third party company which pays very less, eg. My frnd was in working for another big it company through clover, his all teammates were of 10+ yrs of experience, he and his team mates all doing same work... But you can not even guess salary difference between them he was not even earning 20% of his teammates

But when it comes to salary and hike, it doesn't match your work. They will expect to do everything under small budget from us and worst management that I never seen anywhere

- it's a good company for SQL DBA and especially Oracle for freshers - if you are from Microsoft technologies and application support stay away both freshers as well experienced people. - For Microsoft technology ppl be ready to keep switching between technologies till u get deployed on site. - if u are so lucky and u get appreciation and awards and some tadka of chamchagiri u will be promoted as Team Lead(Manager) within one year( person like me spent 4 yrs to get TL position in this company lol 😀 now IDC I developed my advance skill rather than chamchagiri skills 🤣) - favouritism and bias for appraisal and promotion based on caste is on top in this company management. - UNDESERVING PEOPLE ARE GETTING PROMOTED AND PAID IN THIS COMPANY RATHER THE ONE WHO GET UR CONTRACT RENEWED BY PERFORMING WELL ON SITE - they never match with industry standard package - some of the top management misusing their power to fire an employee who spent 15 yrs in these companies and acquired customers and projects, justa big shame on top management - Chamchas can come to the office by 12 and the other one has to be present in the office by 9am? - In these company u will find people doing nothing and earning a package between 30 - 55 lacs PA while the one who work hard Passionately doesn't get paid off God bless them .. finally I m done 👍

No proper road map to handle the clients, special clover transition managers and uper management thinks that North Indian clients and North Indian hired staff are fool, they think they can make fool to North Indian hired people. Lot of lies commitment to them, only client specific not employees orintened company, During new project transition they feel lot of scared to new North Indian employees hence employees lost there confidence, all meeting with employees happen after 6:30 pm always with mandatory to join the meeting, worst lagaunga they use while making communication with employees, most important feedback about new projects, they used skills as per maharastra terminology while got project in North India like delhi ncr. They think same terminology will work in North Indian, mostly delhi ncr communication needs to be sweetly handle but they use worst types communication as per maharastra language and techniques hence result opposite. No one will pay you overtime or overnight expanse. Poor management, don't know to whom needs to be make a reporting manager, they believe to hire older employees who employed at previous project runner company and makes them as reporting of talented people hence person ego issue came up and stability of employees effect. No support for illness and work from home.
