The only thing you like here it as--- 1) For office employee your salary will be credited on 7-8 2) For WFH employee salary will be credited on 15-20

...nly 2 leave per month which is also not be carried forward in the next month.... 5) If you have extraw leave then their salary deduction is based total salary/no. of working days.... suppose you have 3 leave in a particualar month and working days in that month was 26 days and salary in one month is 15000 then your salary will be deducted for one day as 15000/26 = 576.92 6) If you are leaving this organization then serve the notice period otherwise they will hold your salary for 50 days and also you will not get reliving letter and salary slip. 7) There will not be any EPF account opened by the company...

There is nothing to like in this company. They pay so less. And they teach nothing to upskill oneself. And there is a weird project manager here who just knows to blame people for no reasons. She is dumb and crazy. Interns are made to work for other roles than they have been hired. No respect is given at this company.

This company sucks. The project manager here is evil and dumb. She got no etiquette. She doesn't know how to treat other employees. All she knows is to shout and boasting her egoistic attitude. She never looks at her mistakes but will always find ways to demean other employees there even if they are at no fault. She is so toxic and will obviously take the company down one day.

Dislikes

Salary: While the compensation is reasonable, it would be fantastic to see the company go the extra mile and align the salaries more closely with the value and effort employees bring to the table. Job security: As this is a part-time freelancing position, hence there is no job security.
