Salary: While the compensation is reasonable, it would be fantastic to see the company go the extra mile and align the salaries more closely with the value and effort employees bring to the table. Job security: As this is a part-time freelancing position, hence there is no job security.

The only thing you like here it as--- 1) For office employee your salary will be credited on 7-8 2) For WFH employee salary will be credited on 15-20

...nly 2 leave per month which is also not be carried forward in the next month.... 5) If you have extraw leave then their salary deduction is based total salary/no. of working days.... suppose you have 3 leave in a particualar month and working days in that month was 26 days and salary in one month is 15000 then your salary will be deducted for one day as 15000/26 = 576.92 6) If you are leaving this organization then serve the notice period otherwise they will hold your salary for 50 days and also you will not get reliving letter and salary slip. 7) There will not be any EPF account opened by the company...

On the basis of my 1 year working experience with cloudbird digital i can say that the work culture here is excellent. There is a good work -life balance. The entire team is hardworking and fun to work with . Special mention to my manager, Priyanka mam who has been such a kind and approachable person.
