My new employer wants me to join by 8th Jan, my current employer is not leaving me till 24th which is a long time. I requested them to reduce notice period but they denied, what should I do? Nothing to like in this organisation..

Dislikes

1.There is no work life balance... 2.haven't received my full and final settlement (variable pay, leave encashment etc..) after served almost 18 months in this company.. 3.internal tools are not working properly... So, at the end we have to take burden on our head due to this tools issue(many outages) we have to validate manually for all those systems...

... customers. Non-technical management only cares about number of tickets handled. Worst policies around leaves, pay, benifits. No job security, offensive language used my senior management multiple times over call, meetings. Don't care about customer services

Dislikes

...house. Hire and fire policy in Sales Mumbai even if you are doing your number. Don’t expect variable pay. I recommend not to join in Sales mumbai.
