- leadership may falter in decision making and basic management which can lead to dissatisfaction - no appraisals and growth discussions are superficial

Growth is slow. Managers do not value an indivisuals' unique strength that is by subordinates needs to take back their decision many times. Sometimes seems that nepotism prevail.

Salary is good, but the job security is at a disadvantage for the staff due to the 1 year contracts which can be terminated at any time due to the funding that may or may not be available

No appraisals, minimal feedback on performance, luck plays an important part in progression as employees get annual contracts which may or may not get renewed basis funding
