HR department totally sucks, too much cutting in salary, every facility they provide you have to pay for it, even for tea you have to pay money, company sucks everything from employees, before week off they give you 2 night shifts every week so your week off ends with sleeping whole day. Disgusting culture

...o much slow, politics, No any facility, Hr.dept third class... #most important..2Year bond at joining time if u want leave before 2 year then u have to must pay one month salary and one month salary for original documents. Hr collect original documents at joining time after completion of bond period they give original documents to employee.

...fice itself. Lunch has to be done with same gender people only. No appreciation. Salary is not at all upto the mark. In this competitive world, they dont have a great leave policy. Every leave taken is a loss of pay.

Company is growned up in very short period and it installing new plant every year. But as per as compensation consents they are paying very less. HR Department is too smart. They are sweet at face and brutal on back. I will suggest to join this company but only for experience.

As stated above... Low sallery is issue and also kurkumbh area is very hot and warm.....
