...ployees like Vinay, saif etc, their mission was just to damage company and team. I informed Prashant but he ignored and salary payslip scam happens. I was unable to work in such a toxic environment. I told Prashant, these people are damaging him but he ignored and at last when payslip fraud happens, then he took action. No wrong word for the company just i want them to learn and grow as their product is far better than other.

I was the one who informed Prashant, what was going on around you but he never listens because he thinks he is smart, but he may be smart in Building products but zero in managing the team. The people who did fraud, take action no one denied but why whole team suffers? Not even a single call from HR and another team member, just a mail of termination. No complaint about Prashant as he works hard but he is not enough experienced to handle such things. he should gain experience before hiring such a huge team.

Everything was good, salary was on time, and easy to sell a product but in every company, employees do some cheap work like editing payslips, etc but you should handle smarty. This is completely HR's fault, not a good sales team member.

i discussed Classcanyon with my friends who work in TCS, and Whitehat and all are giving very less hike in comparison to Classcanyon. This review is for all freshers starting their career in a different company but joining at the same time.

Dislikes

I got terminated as unable to perform mean 0 sales but still, I get 70% of my salary as a final settlement. The bigger problem in this company is Termination, if you don't perform well in the probation period, you get terminated after 3 warning mail and TL is not good. They must focus more on quality hiring.

The company is open to innovation and they have a separate team for that. If you are looking for a place to support your ideas and all this is the right place. They have a global student base, so you can interact with different people whole over the world.

...work for 4 days in a week with Saturday Sunday and Monday off. But guess what? You will never ever receive your salary nor your 1st month salary nor your 2nd month salary, he just takes times and take your productivity and then asks you to leave without paying not only me especially he will ask the entire team to leave because of less sales. .don't join his company and come into his trap for working without salary. Trust me he never pays salary to employees. Prashant is a big cheat, in terms of his talks as well as lier in terms of his 100% guaranteed placement product.
