Culture in Classcanyon is absolutely tremendous in comparison to the previous organization, salary/benefits are provided on time. 3 days holiday and prashant care about his employees.

Dislikes

What i don't like in classcanyon is, that few managers think that they are the owner and close to Mr. Pandey. If we are unable to complete the target they misbehave with us.

...ork environment and teammates are supportive and management is very transparent. Appraisals are mind-blowing and salary hikes every 6 months.

Only some politics and mission to become close to prashant rest everything is good.

Job security is top-notch. Your job is safe with a full salary without any deduction. WFH, leadership is good, whole team is happy, CEO is always available to solve our problems.

Dislikes

Rehiring is banned, even if you qualify for the interview and due to personal reasons, are unable to join then they wont consider your profile. They are planning 12 hours working per day.

Compensation and benefits were on time and incentives were given properly. With this during COVID on-time salary helped a lot.

Dislikes

They removed me without even informing me. Inexperienced senior management. the target must be completed, you cant leave the company easily. I hope in future things will change and they will respect employees.

...ployees like Vinay, saif etc, their mission was just to damage company and team. I informed Prashant but he ignored and salary payslip scam happens. I was unable to work in such a toxic environment. I told Prashant, these people are damaging him but he ignored and at last when payslip fraud happens, then he took action. No wrong word for the company just i want them to learn and grow as their product is far better than other.

No dislike, just Prashant doesn't listen to me.
