There are individuals who actively hinder your progress and do not understand how to properly evaluate candidates during interviews. Many employees do not even meet the educational qualifications required for their roles, yet they are still hired. Additionally, there is no work-life balance; there are no company parties or options for remote work. The expectation is simply to come in and work. The appraisal policy is poor; they promise good appraisals, but they rarely follow through. In particular, the sales department has a sense of superiority and often treats employees poorly, as if they are subservient. Overall, it is a bad organization.
