Following are the pros: 1. Retention component in salary. 2. No Projects are there. Total waste of time. Being an experienced IT engineer of 2+ years. When I joined Citiustech they putted lot of people on training. And even after 1 years there was no project. After that I was laid off.

Overall the company culture is very good. The CEO really cares for his employees and good. Some projects are still using age old tech like VB and WCF. if you get into those projects then you are trapped and there is no way out of it. Many projects also use new tech as well.

Dislikes

...ul sometimes. They just ignore your queries and you have to bug them constantly. Finance team is also lacks sometimes but yeah most the time you will get salary on time.

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and management is transparent.

Appraisals are low,no bonus and pf will deducted both from our side apart from that all good work culture, new technology trainings, quickly they will solve our issues etc

Awesome work environment, everyone is very supportive and kind natured. There's a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade. We have sports activities and many more fun activities. Overall it's great. Women safety is the best perk I like about this company.

... team is very strong. They try to create study material for every technology. Salary/appraisal-Pays the salary timely. Work environment-HR team always come up with innovative events which keeps the environment healthy. Innovation-They always try to provide good facilities in every terms.

Career growth-Here people can get to work on different technology. But there is a long struggle to get the project and without work growth will be stagnant. The staffing team is worst team. Politics-Politics can be added into your skill set.
