1.Induction you can find the rudeness of HR, 2.small Pantry with limited food option, 3.if you are not in project they might release you at any given day

Till 2021 there were many things which were good but after management change at CEO level there is nothing to be liked

Everything : salary, projects, policies , even they ask to work weekends and dont give proper hike

They will ask you to join immediately but they don't have any projects. They will keep you on bench and after 90 days they will ask you to go home, no job security at all. Too much politics if you have friend in any project then only you will get the opportunity to work otherwise they will reject you without proper reason.

Good culture and work quality is good. They arrange regular trainings for employees to update their skills as well. Mostly projects are on latest technologies

Dislikes

Pay parity. Existing employee with more experience is having less salary than new hire with less experience.
