No transparency, not even providing mandatory policy documents. Salary slip for 3 months will never match due to uninformed deduction. After appraisal cycle new policy will get introduced orally and instead of Salary increment deduction will happen After on-boarding HR will block you

There is job security to some extent and there is hybrid work policy. We have to go just twice a week which I feel is good

...tic and you are mostly forced to work overtime to meet the project requirements. The salary is very low as compared to the work we do. The increments are negligible and don't expect any promotion, it's never gonna happen
