This company salary 9 to 10 th date going not proper date no yearly salary increase Rs 9777 this amount from joining date till date so salary increase every year properly I so well please not obey supervisor not visiting anybody all details only phone call. Nothing I would like while I'm working in this company

All are working for our responsibility and commitments and to fullfill our career these three things are fullfill by money so what we are working but this company is not giving out full payment they will take their commission after that they will giving salary to us

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
