The company hires freshers at very less salary, makes them sign a 3 years bond. Has no work life balance, they burden you with work in the initial days of joining without giving proper training and treat you poorly, lack of sensitivity and basic human respect. Micromanagement at it's peak. Very toxic work culture, wouldn't recommend to anyone. They aren't even considerate of people's health, you take a sick leave and you'd get a warning mail.

No suggestions or feedback from clients Are considered while working on a project, no scope to change the project as the directions are from higher ups incl the CEO.

As phyzii is a town software owned by cirrius, learning opportunities are more in all the aspects related to product.

Dislikes

No job satisfaction, strict office timings, many time need to extend for a day, less support from manager level when escalation happens. There is no appreciation for your work

Everything, not a company for female Employer also not for males as no life to live for any one. Just do fraud n fake work with clients

Environment is suitable and good for freshers and relatively easier for freshers to get in. YOU WILL SURELY MAKE GOOD FRIENDS... Shared Trauma, they say... [/s] You may expect a good hike based on your EXTRAORDINARY performance... People???... Nah!!! Some People???...Nahh!! Few people... Maybe Very Few people... YESS!!!

We and all the companies have good things and bad things and we understand that. Firstly you don't have job security which is actually bad. They will expect you to report next day even if you have worked till early in the morning. They will ask you to work even if you are on leave or holidays. For some people working 24*7 is the norm Family Emergency and you want to leave, finish all your work before leaving. look evrything else is as bad as every other company in India so dont expect much.
