In pandemic situations company has not deducted our basic salary.

Dislikes

I am not happy with the salary related policies in CIPLA. Because the company pays its 5 year old employees .same pay is given to the new employe. So should he go to other company to increase the salary of an old employee???? I have seen last six years not increase our daily expanse. Other MNC companies given minimum 360 rs daily allowance.

During lockdown they approve us for work from home and salary also given on time. Cipla managers also help us a lot . While other companies were pulling the manpower out from company but cipla restored faith in us
