Not recommand to join. horrible management force to work for long hours without any benefits with very less salary payment and they will not give experience letter and relieving letter when we are leaving the company.

Dislikes

...ends without any compensation. They dont have a proper team in any department. Pay scale is very poor. Management treat their employees like they own them. They make their employees work 10hrs a day. In short, dont join this company if you have any other offer in hand Also, they dont provide experience letter when you quit the company. And they dont provide pay slip too

You will learn stuff. Good for freshers looking to step into the corporate world. But don't stay in this company for long.

No work-life balance The company will do everything in its power to not give you an experience certificate when you leave. The company will try everything to prevent you from getting a better future. Overtime is expected and forced, but not compensated. The definition of exploitation.

One can learn and grow but it is completely depend upon reporting authority.

Dislikes

Poor decisions by management on sensitive matters. Not adhering to policies when the consultant is exiting. Most of the time you were asked to work on sundays and there is no compensatory off. One can expect least work life balance.

I had join company on 2013 as Executive HR & Admin, CHRP given responsibility to handle branch office independently, it was great experience which is got in CHRP.

Dislikes

Company has behave softly with employees, if they did illegal or unwanted activity.
