CHR is like a government job else you are not in the Support department! Great teammates, colleagues, chill environment, not much work pressure, off on birthday, flexible leave policies.

Dislikes

No proper cafeteria, night shifts( though allowances are available), work environment. Not challenging environment.

Nepotism (at it's heights). The supervisors take it upon themselves to put all the people working under them on a leash - just to prove their authority. Appreciations arrive only for the "selected" few, over and over again. Frugal leave plan. NO CAFETERIA

Likes

It is a product based company. New Joinee has to learn about the product on their own. No proper training on the product and that causes confusion in developer. Different technologies can be learnt while working on the product enhancements. One can become strong in handling people who play politics. Supervisors plays Micro management and less appreciation for the work. Very less opportunities in learning new things and people even criticize about the persons who are interested in learning new things. HR and management are one side. Not employee friendly.
