Only In company promotion you can't get salary hike as you deserved . Some of the points your salary is laser then your colleagues and team.

The company provides a very high job security and you would never face any delays in salary. The leaves offered by the company are also good in comparison to other companies.

Dislikes

The companies culture is not meant for youngsters or people who wants to work in a challenging and learning environment. A lot of People in this company are working since 10-15 years and have a very rigid mentality and approach towards work. The gowth trajectory is very slow and the learning curve is also flat.

Career growth is taking more time..they identify the good employees and they trying to help their growth bt it's not approved by management

Pay scale is too low and proper training will not be provided. Will get very little exposure. When it comes to promotion they only prefer candidates who work in that form from long time and also who is friendly with them and Key people of that company is from Tamil Nadu.. From this we can understand how they discourage other employees who are talented and have better qualifications.

...k office employee but after chaning profile as customer retaintion excutive i.e. sales profile back office, bcz of cost cutting doing all type of work from a single employee, pathetic experiance
