Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good, appraisals are ok and they give salary hike and bonus every year.

Career growth is taking more time..they identify the good employees and they trying to help their growth bt it's not approved by management

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
