I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

...rity is pretty good until the employee do not commit any frauds or malpractices. Salary and appraisal is average as I am not really happy with the work I do and the salary that increased in 2 years .Travel issues are zero.There is no politics as per my experience

Compensation is fine but growth is not good. Travel issues are zero.work environment is getting terrible day by day as there is no separate washroom provided by company. No Housekeeping provided.No network connection for which my branch is really disturbed. Work life balance is not really good as sometimes as I am not able to give time to my friends and family, because Time management is not good here. Business teams are always appreciated but people who work behind them are not given any appreciation or a round of applause.

Appraisals are terrible here even if achieved 275% of ytd target they increase only 7% of salary..no personal life teams meeting every now and then infact after working hours also, continue warning of termination if you fail to achieve daily numbers
