...They'll just force you everytime for no reason, company is full of backstabbers. Not even paid my Bonus Amount for this financial year, after mailing me the details with entire amount, they kept the money.

...ead generation is easy as it's infrastructure as well as market reputation good. Salary structure and training is technology based.

Most of the superior better but some not mention their name not supportive rather they give prior business but not solve the that time market problem.

... executive, i fell good to work in this bcz they treat people's in good way.....and you can improve you skills and they credit the salary in time ...CIFCL a good place to build carrier....Thanks cholamandalam and murugappa groups...

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.conpany policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of Politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which. which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees
