1. Salary. 2. Lack of available snacks. 3. Occasionally faced with unrealistic timelines due to managerial overcommitment. 4. Sometimes required to work on weekends. 5. Due to the small company size, there's more focus on attendance than on the quality of work.

Amount of learning that we are getting here is too good. In big organizations we do not get to learn and grow so quickly. I am surprised to see the negative feedback, it seems chiacon competitors are putting fake reviews.

Organization believe in to support each and every employee on personal and professional both ways. When we believe in equality, it is there with everyone no partiality. Specially Chiacon leaders are amazing they take care of employee like their own child and keep pushing to make your career.

The work culture is excellent. Both the directors Raman and Rohit are very supportive and always ready to help. They never pressurize for the work and always ready to help. Feel so blessed to work under their guidance and very proud to say that I work at Chiacon.

At Chiacon, the working environment is flexible and balanced with the work being segregated accordingly . Here the employees are treated equally at all the levels..Rohit Garg and Raman Khurana always ensure that all the employees valued , supported , being appraised and rewarded. Chiacon has the best work ethics, values and the work culture.
