I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Dislikes

Whenever they promote they didn't hike salary but in case of demotion they deduct the huge amount of salary. As an suggestion, if any TM is not able to perform in particular month than should be given below average and salary of particular month should be deducted

If the candidate is a fresher, then the company is very good for him, there is a lot to learn. Chetu is very good company for fresher’s. But working and culture wise is extremely bad.

...anager & Country Head always behave like a poor man (Abused language). 16. After resign salary and documents is not provide and blaming the employee “he is fraud employee”. 17. “Training Centre” • Talking abuse & angry even to candidate in the training centre. • Onboarding only religions wise & watch the faces. • Candidate face, money and from which place the candidate comes, what kind of family he come from & how he is comes from college and school etc. Then the selection happens in the company. • If the candidate is from a poor family and is from a village, then he cannot be selected.
