1)HR-India:- good colleague and supportive. Ankur Thapa has given KT to me and supports me. Manish Sir,Kavita Madam,Nisha,Sri M,Shishir,Deepanshu, Tarun-1 and Tarun-G were very supportive and wherever stuck. they helped me in each and every corner.Thanks to them HR-ET:-Nitish,Pratik,Varun Garg and Anuj Garg has provide me assistance in HR Audit, Audit Reports, helped me in sending NCN. UKG HR:- scope to grow, where I learned HR management and taken training for 3-4 months. Working environment was good and supportive

Dislikes

Whenever they promote they didn't hike salary but in case of demotion they deduct the huge amount of salary. As an suggestion, if any TM is not able to perform in particular month than should be given below average and salary of particular month should be deducted

It has a good working environment. It helps in enhancing your Skills. The Team Members and Team Leaders are encouraging and motivating.

It is not good at Salary Point of view as it deducts some amount from the Salary of their Employee.

No WFH, tea/coffe is horrible. The food in lunch/dinner is also horrible.

...High work pressure. No value of developers. No one support you from HR or Admin. Anytime demotion and salary will decrease.

...s means every working Saturday 1 hour training and performs only CURD operation. No Job security with out notice they fired directly and document and salary provide after 45 days. Monthly grading system is nitpick. You are working last 16months on project and handle your project is done assign new project if your two month review is below and fired. If asked to project change to FM he never changed. Food is very bad and on benefit basket 8k per month no free juice in every month 2-3 times cockroach in food. No life insurance. If you resigned then serving 90 days notice period. Fired immediately does not matter how long you are working there job security is 0%. Now new joiners have 2 years bond hr don't talk about this if you got offer letter you can see this in your offer letter. Chetu is not a world class software solution it is a third class.

If your TL and TM is supportive then you can working in the team if they dont support and reviewing grade below.
