Third-class company with no standards, management is the worst, HR Manager is an idiot who can't even construct one decent sentence in English, company has hired one audit team to audit HR work due to their mailing etiquette, they take bribes from employees, HR Manager Manish Kumar, he doesn't even know the exact role of being an HRManager, he makes his own juvenile rules and believes he is the owner of the company. This man doesn't even understand the concept of a team instead, he plays chlidish politics with his own team. He also never employs quality applicants always chooses to employs dump like him. Floor Environment is very good. Team members and all managers are very helpful

I joined here approx 20 months ago. But still I m not permoted. They ensure only 3 months training they provide and after 3 month of training they will placed in floor but they placed me on floor after 11 months and they ensure after placed on floor 3 to 6 months they will permoted as a team member but still I m working as a trainee here in 20's months at very low Salary only 14000.

Work life balance is good. Office timing of 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm is very comfortable to work and gives you lot of time to improve your skills. Office working environment is good. If your client is technically weak, then you will ended up having less burden of work, as they fool their client as much as they can.

you will get - Exploitation, worst work culture, free treatment from their goons, delicious food stuffed with cockroaches and other insects. only 4 paid leave for entire year. (1- Jan, 26 - Jan, 15- Aug, 2 - Oct) what else you want??
