... as a healthcare specialist we should help them by doing files in extra hours... Bt they won't give you OT pay. Bt whatever the files you're doing in extra hours they will have profit.. They will say you should log in at crct time.. Oky I accept it bt when you log out on crct time😅they will question you... Simple worry no pros only cons

Team leaders and team mates are supportive and friendly.

Career growth is slow. Bond is there for 1 year from training. Even after resignation we can't go to other job related to this for 2 years. HR is not fair and some other senior techs are also not fair.

Its really wasting of my 8 months. They submitted their emloyee documents in this way candidate unable to join another company which provide good future opportunity. And they return their document after completing 3 months for resign period.
