I am working here from 6 and a half year but i cant get the success means growth in salary in my designation i cant reach at that point where i deserve to be. I dislike these things the most and i am not satisfied with working here. I am just working here because my home is nearby. In quality department, if you are buttler type of person than you can survive other wise you will be in trouble. No promotion, no matters how many year you spent there, you will under some egotist persons who are in a dileama that they know everything there career start from this company and will ends in the same.
