Internal department support is good some times.

Dislikes

Less salary package and less annual Increment rate. Work pressure is high and you also need to work with others team or department which is not in your scope.

My teammates are very cooprative. They behave me like my family members . They maintain the culture of my deptt vey well.

I am working here from 6 and a half year but i cant get the success means growth in salary in my designation i cant reach at that point where i deserve to be. I dislike these things the most and i am not satisfied with working here. I am just working here because my home is nearby. Relax job, no standars work, no growth

Dislikes

In quality department, if you are buttler type of person than you can survive other wise you will be in trouble. No promotion, no matters how many year you spent there, you will under some egotist persons who are in a dileama that they know everything there career start from this company and will ends in the same.
