They are not supporting thier new employees even for 1rs also. They stopped the salary and not given anything from march month. They just think about themselves only.

...on Infometrics is just looking for money. They dont think about their employees. We are suffering from penedemic situation and Indian govt also requested to companies to provide some salary to the employees however the champion Infometrics doesn't care about the govt also. It was the biggest mistake of my life i joined this company and suggest people not to join it if you want to secure your future.

(Us shift) I didn't not like anything about the company and the management especially, There is a Manager called Sudipto Ghosh Psycho, mental worst he sud have been in Nimans Hospital i don't know who hired him as a manager,Employees are quitting because of nonsense behaviour and torture given by him to the employees 4 of my colleagues have quit before me, I have never ever seen such worst manager in my whole career and i dont wanted see such a worst person like him My worst experience was in this company And i do not recommend any 1 to join to this company no cab facility for night shift at beginning they told us cabs will be provided and it will be work from home completely wise versa and all false statements.

Work balance and team support and culture and environment R&R for employees It's a family and our chairman and MD are really good and very supportive and keep always wonderful atmosphere at work place.

Everything is bas in this organisation starting from the selection, benefits, work culture, team management, support, HR Support. All departments are not professional enough in there respective job profile majorly the HR department.

It's a great place for someone who wants to start their career to understand the processes, routines. Training is given the utmost priority and one the company's core values is development.

Work life balance can be improved a little.
