...in.So there is a lot of learning involved and future prospects are very bright .Another big positive is that they have the highest salary structure in place for the deserving people.The company values its employees,especially diversity. Job security is there and in fact ,it's one of the best companies that I have worked with.

Learning and working with different projects sometimes takes up your free time.There are late working hours and stringent timelines.Being a part of a growing company these challenges do take a toll on me. The work is very demanding as CCL is working in blockchain which is one of the cutting edge technologies.But then probably there is a lot of learning too..

Nothing to be liked except cafe

Very poor management. Not trustworthy, They change policies according to their needs. Do not have any projects. Don't know how long they will last. Either freshers or experienced should avoid this company.

Nothing is good about CCL. There you'll work and gave credit to another one who doesn't know about that project. Too much partiality and favouritism.

The company is in its commencement phase. Hence you would get lot of exposure with handling different activities. The company has its own cafe inside its office through which you can get stuff for yourself. You get 5000 credits per month which you can spend in the cafe.

Company is solely reliant on 1 client. No new projects whatsoever No job security Employees spend averagely about 6 months over here Just 1 project going on from 2-3 years No idea until when would the company's funding last
