...e BU heads can’t say anything against the junior level managers from onshore. Salary is also not at par with the industry standard.

there is no such positive side for a great company to work for. They will hire you and will not provide any suitable project moreover though you are highly skilled you might be received below 40k salary and can only survive within probation period. They mostly don't clear probation . They mostly terminate when you are in holidays so you do not get scope to meet arbeit agentur within sufficient time.A big no no to join this company

There is less package and No HR to help you. The major concern is the job security. They don't clear probation period.

3 rounds of interviews done, salary discussion done. Then hr becomes mute and making you wait for 4 days, write a pity mail that position is filled and bypassing profiles in pathetic English. Hrs nagaveni and manikarnika, client cbic

Depends upon project and business unit. For me , here in DataCycle360 and Wealth360, work is excellent means, you will get more and more work if you are able to do quickly so, learning opportunity is excellent, technologies is also decent as per industry, but if i think independently and don't compare with other company then carriers growth (salary) in terms of appraisal is not good.

Appraisal, salary growth within CGI, Hybrid mode of working, WFO, In terms of quality and quantities work delivered - More work is there based on current 9LPA CTC of promoted SSE atleast for me, by comparing with external hired SSE which takes 19LPA. So, Switching to other company is good rather than getting Promoted within CGI.
