I started my career here as .Net developer trainee, training said 4 months, but extended for 8 months with 5K salary in coimbatore. No politics with in trainees, great companions, seniors(mostly we call them anna!) such a kind persons. You can learn evert\y inch by inch in technology wise as well as improve yourself as a well developed professional technically also personally. Tea/Milk will serve at your desk by Akka/Paatima also so kind full persons. No proper meetings regarding estimations. No tools used to manage projects properly. Yet Managers will force you to update TFS, Devops at last minute during client delivery . will get interaction and client handling experiences surely. GPL(cricket league) is always awesome

Dislikes

The overall experience in 3 years is all good, except Saturday 6 hours shift which makes most of the outstation employees hectic. This is totally waste of time even when we are in free mode, we need to come to office and have to stay for 6 hours. Otherwise all things are exceptionally awesome!. You can blindly join here. Bond for 2 years just for name sake. no need to be afraid.

...ment & culture. Teammates are more supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

One of the excellent companies in the city to work with, the Management helps you to learn new technologies, even they will help you to purchase some online courses as well. The work-life balance is really good compared to my previous companies, they take care of their employee really well. And especially the HR team is just amazing they are always there to help with the employees' needs.

Great company for any individual at any point of time in their career especially the freshers and budding talents. Based on your longevity in the company they will give you good hikes, onsite openings etc.,
