There is noting to like in Paytm.

Dislikes

There is no growth in Paytm you will do the hard-work but they are not going to pay the same. Low salaries more work due to there internal policies they are not going to survive. They already break RBI rule like three times.

Compared to industry peers, some feel that salary increments and bonuses could be more competitive

If you have skill required for the project you can stay as long as you want and your manager will always stand for you,

Dislikes

Company not care about their employee now a day, giving very less anual bonus which is around 4% and even promotional increment is also 10%, once you on bench and decline more than three project offer due to night shift or due to location you will get hr show cause mail which may terminate if not provide proper justification, also they did not compensate me for relocation for the project.

Work Life Balance and Chill Environment. Good compensation at the time hiring.

Not quality work No dedicated good cafeteria. Seriously required Low appraisals No route cabs for Noida Emerging cmmi 5 so u have to go to desk of people to get ur work done(lack of process)
