Pay is certainly not great, I can even live with that but they have 0 benefits. No Family Insurance as a option either.

...r work culture then its a good company. No Dress code, you can even wear shorts. Salary will be credited on time & you will get really nice colleague's to work with. Team outing, Annual award function with booze & Pizza parties.

Dislikes

No growth opportunities seriously this is a really big concern in the company, No increment, Managers & seniors will not be supportive they come to the office so they can smoke all day & force new employees to smoke with them as well or you are not the right candidate. They don't have automation at work everything is done manually.

...hts) Rotational week off's Split week off's Favouritism played by supervisors Big salary differences even when being on same role with same experience and providing better performance Bad appraisals (Manager promises he is trying to match yours with the team but it never happens) the ones who joined in higher bandwidth keep growing even further

Too much office politics, always short staffed, biased awarding, toxic management and work environment, too less pay and appraisals compared to work, demotivating team management

Laziness, if you want to just pass some time and get paid for it then highly recommend if you can get a senior / management position

Incompetent Managers in lots of department, lower pay according to industry standards, New Owners belongs to diff industry altogether & dont have any idea about the business so loads hiccups in lots of places, no learning or experience you can take for your future there a good chance u know more than your manager, No diwali / Holi / Eid for you unless other team member/s ready to work as in minimal staffing required, selective holidays , people especially in management like give importance to politics then things benefit for the company, etc etc
