Pay is certainly not great, I can even live with that but they have 0 benefits. No Family Insurance as a option either.

...r work culture then its a good company. No Dress code, you can even wear shorts. Salary will be credited on time & you will get really nice colleague's to work with. Team outing, Annual award function with booze & Pizza parties.

No growth opportunities seriously this is a really big concern in the company, No increment, Managers & seniors will not be supportive they come to the office so they can smoke all day & force new employees to smoke with them as well or you are not the right candidate. They don't have automation at work everything is done manually.

... Managers are very understanding and helpful. You get to work from home as well. Salary is good.

Because of dealing with foreign customers, especially from the UK; the working hours are 1 pm - 10 pm.
