...f new hires are doomed once they get into this company. Everything is hardcoded. Very poor pay and benefits. No job training, nobody knows how to work. These people are just hiring for 6-7LPA and then BOOM! You will get 6-12% hike next year and then after two years, you become a liability as they cannot pay you more. They will indirectly tell you to go! But BAM! You've got not relevant experience to go for any other job!

Healthcare company and hence job security is there. Good salary for a fresher. Benefits such as health insurance which covers parents, spouse and children. Amenities such as a gym (if you are working from office) Company culture is good and encourages diversity.

Not recommended if you want to grow technically. Your experience will vary based on the team you work with. In most teams, associates get aligned to more support work than development. The learning opportunity is very less. Too many internal technologies. Management is not great. HR takes forever to respond.

...in your next company. Even I didn’t get any appraisal from the last 3 years. And the other thing is work pressure is too much now thats why I said to go with startups because there you have to work hard but less then this company and you will get more to learn and they will increase your salary on performance basis as well. Managers are like evil to you on face off face they are different, they totally changes after the aquisition as the demand of oracle from cerner is like this only. So I don’t recommend to join. There is no reward, no bonus, no one wishes you on holi diwali or even on your marriage. Even they never hesitate to call you on your own marriage. other than my salary i didn’t even get a reward of 10rs. I am the best performer here but everyone is treated as a slave, yeah correct you will feel this here nowadays.

The company did not lay off people in it's India offices and did not cut salary during the pandemic. There are welness programs that are introduced to help associates cope up with phyiscal and mental stress during pandemic.

The organization should work on providing opportunities to it's associates so that they can develop their skills and be more updated in terms of industry standards. The organization should also look into the aspect of providing appropriate compensation and hike to it's associates when the company is certainly doing good and making profits.
