I would say office culture is good. All treat you as a family. You'll get to learn various old technologies and enhance skills in web development. You'll also get to have official client side visits to other cities which will give you a different experience of working and dealing with clients.

...iation and credits for your hard work. Your superiors will get all your credits. Very low salary package according to market. And the main thing is management is not good. Sometimes you'll get to WFH on weekends which will obviously not be paid. Personal life is affected of many employees.

There are not so many factors for liking the work here. Some times it's depend on your team and team leader totally. The experience is just ok if you are getting a good opportunity please go for that.

It's a person depended organization rather process or rule depended, for contractual employee on consolidated salary ( more than 50% employee of total strength) pay structure is very poor and neither option of career growth nor job security plus most of them have to suffered from the office politics of permanent employees.

One drawback of working at C-DAC is the lack of a fixed promotion structure. Freshers join as Project Engineers, but promotions to roles like Senior Project Engineer are rare and depend on project needs and management decisions. This can make career growth uncertain.
