Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

...tion with your boss your job role & hardwork /dedication has nothing to do here. Management do not work on maximizing business / revenue but meetings are held with top management for employee salary & manpower deduction. ( worse management & HR policies) Not a single benefits , only 2 lakh mediclaim ( parents not including) . people are leaving this company rapidly. There is no value to your skill & talent here ( you need godfather here for survival) labour Union is here. No standard salary bracket here executive & even AM get same salary as of officer / jr. Officer / operator. now onwards promotion for manager will be given on basis of car parking slot available at site since parking inside company allowed only for manager , you might thing this as weired policy but its true.
