Yearly increment getting below the industrial standard & late. Even though working long period you will not getting promotions you have to wait more than 5 year to get one promotion. No getting leave when employee required. Hr are not side of employees. Work culture not good, Red tape like work culture. Managers can humility their employees.

Management do not work on maximizing business / revenue but meetings are held with top management for employee salary & manpower deduction. ( worse management & HR policies) Not a single benefits , only 2 lakh mediclaim ( parents not including) . people are leaving this company rapidly. There is no value to your skill & talent here ( you need godfather here for survival) labour Union is here. No standard salary bracket here executive & even AM get same salary as of officer / jr. Officer / operator. now onwards promotion for manager will be given on basis of car parking slot available at site since parking inside company allowed only for manager , you might thing this as weired policy but its true. Company policies are good. Pay and job security is good. Good start in the pharmaceutical industry.

Dislikes

The management in their Lifesan department is not very good and a major reason for dissatisfaction among their employees. Saturdays are officially an holiday but we are called to work additionally so no work life balance.

...loyee, they are concerned only with work. My accident happened in joint working. The company did not pay my salary and paid the salary of my manager. I would not advise any employee to work in Centaur Pharma. I was work as area manager in centaur pharma based at Ahmedabad HQ
