It has been a great experience for me to be part of a such an organization .. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that makes reliable , high-quality and has a global client base..... I learn how to communicate with foreign peoples over here and another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds , and we work happily in collaboration .. I also like the employee re-hire policy here ....

Birthday Celebration. You will definitely gain weight by daily eating cakes as each and every day there will be birthday Celebration of any one employee. Forget about your family, celebration of Indian/Western holidays at office.

...me. Hire you for 9 hours, make you work for 10-12 Hours. Also bogus HR policies. Newly joined HR executive are morons! 70% employees are w**d addict! No FNF salary if you leave within probational period.

People are nice. All the employees have team spirit. They have a Decent cafeteria and a namaz room. They give normal hike every year. And also they celebrate every festival and give gifts.

...t don't address issues properly. Most of the time they ask employees to stretch. They hire people in very less salary and don't give proper training.

Politics every where. Specially management staff's. Owner r very good , but they doesn't aware of politics happened in management

Really disappointed and dissatisfied in working for this organization,just looking for how to get management benefits in every situation,worked they for 2 and half years but never feels that my job was secure Never valued there fellow employees and always in a mood of deduction of salaries would rather sit idle instead of working for this company
