Everything, Extreme level of office politics, Low salary, They Change their policy according to their requirements anytime without asking or informing the employees and then force the employee to work under that policy. No work life balance. This is not a company but a Lala ji ka shop.

Likes

There were a wide variety of projects to work on and catering to a client base covering different regions across the world. For someone in marketing or content a good way to develop a skill set of different geographic regions. Plus the promotion were good, at least in the initial years they were but in my final years the promotion also were moderate only.

... without any heads up, without any notice period, without any severance package. Salary was also below the market range but ok for lucknow.

Long working hours. (9 productive hours and no break includes in this) EPF is not getting credited from a long time also both employees and employers part is getting deducted from salary. Gratuity deduction is another part which is not mentioned in the payslip but it is getting deducted from the salary. Changing salary account again and again. Management is very rude and not helping. Layoffs is another dark side of this company.

Elusive Experience Letter:** Upon resigning and providing a relieving letter, CEDCOSS Technologies shockingly refused to issue an experience letter. HR Department as Enforcers:** The HR department at CEDCOSS Technologies, instead of serving as a bridge between employees and the company, acted more like enforcers. Coercive Tactics for FNF Clearance:** To exacerbate matters, the HR department at CEDCOSS Technologies insisted they wouldn't clear my Full and Final settlement without an additional payment, despite the clear terms outlined in the relieving letter I had dutifully signed. This coercive approach to financial settlements post-employment is both unscrupulous and unethical. **7. Blame Game with "Human Error":** The ultimate insult came when CEDCOSS Technologies attributed my termination to a vague "human error." This vague justification not only lacks transparency but also seems to be an attempt to shirk responsibility for their questionable actions. In conclusion, my time at CEDCOSS Technologies PVT Ltd was characterized by a pattern of unprofessional conduct, ethical lapses, and a blatant disregard for employee rights. I feel compelled to share this experience as a cautionary tale for anyone considering employment with this company.
