Poor Salary No appraisal Employee gets fired without any prior information. You will not learn anything new that will help you grow in your career. If management feels, by firing you they will save 500 rs per month you will be fired. No job security. F&F amount won't be given to employees in promised time. Worst level of politics Most of the team leads are worthless they have no knowledge. Privileged leave are cancelled by management just before it comes. Policies are changed like people change their clothes. HR asks employees for the positive reviews

The training provided was good- although the way was harsh and a lot of micro management

... to make money at the cost of health and life and emotions of their employees Taking leaves even in case of emergency also is impossible and will be a loss of pay If you are a fresher they will ask you for signing a bond so that you don’t leave them but they can fire you any time They will fire you if there has to be a cost cutting and will ask you to resign else they will not provide relieving and other documents Only join this company if you don’t have any other choice- indeed if there is a job in the farthest corner of this earth or on mars then please go and join that company but don’t join cedcoss

...un Friday' because the company is reluctant to spend money on such initiatives. Regardless of whether you work for a year or ten, the company won't provide any significant salary increment. Only those who constantly flatter the company have a place in it. The company seems to care little about its employees, focusing solely on its own gains. The company hasn't even heard of the term 'work culture.' When it comes to appraisals, it's as if everyone from HR to upper management turns a deaf ear.

Seriously there is nothing to like. There is so much pressure to learn and implement that u learn the skills but at what cost. In return u get depressed, anxiety issues, headaches and lot more.

...rk culture to management, from toxic HRs to toxic team leads and team managers. U can be fired anytime without salary and notice period. Everyone is actually depressed there and they do that to u too. I will not recommend anyone to join cedcoss technologies. My worst experience ever I hope it would be last.... because I don't think anything could be as bad as this. Daily around 10 working hrs for new joiners. Expert in exploiting ur mental nd physical health. Expert in micro monitoring..LOL

Everything, Extreme level of office politics, Low salary, They Change their policy according to their requirements anytime without asking or informing the employees and then force the employee to work under that policy. No work life balance. This is not a company but a Lala ji ka shop.
