Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

There is no increment in salary .previous company i woked for 11,000 but i asked for 12,000 .they dint gave .so i came out from that company.

Everything is a ??. I don't remember even a good thing about this company. One thing is that wherever we go, we can learn about process. Incentives are better but there are issues.

...ed temporarily according to their needs stating violation and compliance issues. Salary and incentive issue are there. No written documentation provided for promotion, salary hike or incentives and even proper relieving.

No they where not supporting during covid lockdown

The work pressure is to high. We have to work 10 to 13 hrs a day. We have to attend the concall evening and some times late night also.. I would rate 0% in work life balance.

Security and safe and carring person good AM but not satisfied with TL lot of benifits to learn more and improve oru knowledge and all but it like not satisfied with work it's my opinion...

Dislikes

Low salery but extra timing work mrng 9:30 to night 9o clock it will be taking time to do work in the company lot of pressure no week off given if there is a change to take leave also they will be not giving the leave totally worst experience I have seen in the company.... Not bad that's my point
