In its record , this company never pays their x employees full and final . So before giving resignation try to take the salary and then put resign . You will loose hope after doing follow-up and one day you will forget about your FnF amount . And the HR’s will not pickup your call and if they pickup , they will extend the month on after the another .

...it is one the leading company in fire safety so try for 1-2 year for experience. salary on time salary increment less but easy to achieve targets timing is very good best product range and quality top class with customer will get relabel product

They are doing very big scam (i would like to say) They promising the salary in the offer letter like for e.g. ₹100 after deductions. but reality in hand we will get only 5-6% less than mentioned in offer letter i.e., ₹50. and the rest will be given as MPLR (in their terms) as copany doesn't work in Incentive Sceheme... if He/She can do the sell then only the MPLR will be credited at the end of the month (point to be noted) If not then half (30%)will be credited depending upon the daily activities done and maintaining it or not... Backend team, AVP, HOL are not supportive To many Internal process by which the order given by the cleints get delayed or the customer itself cancels the deals.

Salary Compensation Is In CTC. But Overall fixed Take home salary is very less. Only CTC is designed in good manner. Corporate Office Jobs are free from mental pressure like HR, Admin, & Support Staff.

Hire & Fire Policy After Joining HR pressuring employee especially entry level sales professionals so that they can resign of own. Products very costly than other brands. Bike Required For Sales JOB. No Traveling Allowances Claims For Local Traveling For Client Visits. Own personal Laptop Required From Employee, For Sales Job. No Job Security For Sales Employees.

salaries are cut down to 30% for frontliners and even the salary structure is not upto the mark it varies on your performance

Nothing much about dislike but from my point of view the company must hire managers (HOL) who are ready to give their 100% for developing frontliner's skill and business rather than just focus on closing.
